Wayfarer is a post-apocalyptic adventure set in a near-future world ravaged by global conflict. Against the backdrop of a war-torn Egypt, the film follows a desperate villager, his young nephew, and an English treasure hunter as they attempt to smuggle a rare pharaonic artefact out of the country. Their survival hinges on finding a reclusive French archaeologist who may hold the key to their escape across the Sudanese border.

As my debut feature film, Wayfarer is the result of years of dedication and hands-on filmmaking. Taking on multiple roles as director, writer, producer, cinematographer, and editor, I sought to maintain full creative control and bring the film to life exactly as I envisioned it. Along the way, I had the privilege of collaborating with a talented cast and crew, whose dedication was essential to realising the film’s vision.
